- The purpose of personal data processing and the legal grounds for processing Nordagent Oy processes the personal data of its customers and/or their contacts in order to take care of sales and marketing measures related to the business. The goal of personal data processing is:
– analyze and improve the customer relationship with the unit represented by the registered person
– to offer you products and services. Your personal data is processed to fulfill the rights and obligations according to the contract or other commitment between Nordagent Oy and you.
– communicate with you, for example send you important messages and other services, tell you about our changed services and ask you for feedback on our products and services.

– manage and develop Nordagent Oy’s business operations.
The processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of Nordagent Oy or the consent of the registered person.

- Automatic data collection (not yet in use) No personal information is collected from the users of the online service, from which an individual user could be identified. Aggregated statistical information on the use of the service can be collected on the total number of visitors to the service, the most popular pages, service entrance pages, service exit pages or other similar information. Google Analytics can be used to collect statistical information on the website.
- Regular sources of information Most of the collected information concerns the registered person or the company he represents and/or the products and services he has purchased. Personal data and their updates are also obtained from authorities, organizations and companies providing credit information and personal data updates, public directories and other public data sources
- Regular data transfer and data transfers to countries outside the EU or EEA (not yet in use) Nordagent Oy uses external service providers for the processing of personal data, who process personal data on behalf of Nordagent Oy for the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy. Service providers may only use personal data to provide agreed services in accordance with the terms agreed with Nordagent Oy.
- Personal data retention period Personal data is stored as long as it is necessary taking into account the business needs of Nordagent Oy, mainly for five (5) years from the last active business transaction between the parties.
